[Kingsport, TN] — [November 3, 2025] — WorkSpace Interiors announced two key leadership changes that reflect the company’s continued growth and strategic evolution.
Leanne Mays has been appointed vice president of operations, succeeding Adam Gray who will transition into a newly created executive role focused on expanding WorkSpace Interiors’ Architectural Walls and Solutions division.
“These leadership moves represent the next chapter in our company’s growth,” said Bob Feathers, CEO of WorkSpace Interiors. “As demand for integrated workspace solutions expands, aligning our operational strength with dedicated focus areas like architectural products allows us to scale strategically while maintaining our commitment to quality and service.”

Leanne brings more than 17 years of experience in complex operations, project management and facility planning across manufacturing and industrial environments. Most recently serving as Project Controls Manager and Project Manager at Eastman, she led cross-functional teams, oversaw large-scale capital project planning and implemented cost and schedule control strategies to support organizational efficiency and growth.
Prior to Eastman, she spent more than a decade in facilities planning and design roles with A&L/Brock Services/Partner Industrial, where she developed innovative facility solutions, collaborated with architects and engineers and supported major expansion and modernization projects.
As Vice President of Operations, Leanne will lead post-order operations across fulfillment, project management, installation, warehousing and post installation services. She will focus on building scalable systems, strengthening execution in the field and customer service teams and elevating the end-to-end customer experience. As part of the Senior Leadership team, Leanne will contribute to strategic planning, enabling operational innovation and fostering culture rooted in collaboration, accountability and service excellence.
“I’m excited to join WorkSpace Interiors during this exciting time of growth,” said Leanne. “I look forward to work alongside our talented teams, sharpening our processes, strengthening execution and delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.”

After nearly 20 years as vice president of operations, Adam will step into a newly created leadership position focused on architectural products, a growing segment of the company’s business. In this role, he will oversee strategy, partnerships, and execution within the division and beyond, driving innovation in modular construction and integrated space solutions.
“It’s been an honor to lead our Operations Department through such an important chapter of growth,” said Adam Gray. “I’m thrilled to hand the reins to Leanne, whose experience and leadership style are exactly what our project managers, field teams, and warehouse leaders need to take us to the next level. I’m excited to shift my focus toward developing our Architectural Walls and Solutions division, an area with tremendous potential for our clients and our future.”
With these two new appointments, WorkSpace Interiors continues to advance its commitment to operational excellence and customer-driven growth, building on its strong foundation as the region’s trusted contract furniture providers across East Tennessee, Southwest Virginia and Northern Georgia.
