Your chair will be evaluated by one of our service technicians within the next 7 business days and submitted to the manufacturer to inquire if the defective part is still covered under warranty. If the chair is not covered, you will receive a reply to your e-mail with a quote attached. If your chair is under warranty, we will order the parts and repair the seating within 2–3 weeks.
