The Media Centers are the “heart” of the school, with every grade level utilizing the space. Utilizing their remaining ESSR funds, Oak Ridge engaged us to upgrade their 3rd grade classrooms and Media Centers. It was important to create a space that was flexible and inviting for individual or group work in comfortable furniture, to engage in collaborations and foster a sense of community. In addition to the student focused areas, it was important to create a multi-purpose space to accommodate a variety of events and functions.
