WorkSpace Interiors (WSI) is pleased to announce the promotions of both Ashley Byrd and Shelli Ronk to Manager of Design Services.
“We are excited to have both Ashley and Shelli lead our design team,” said Amy Cradic, VP of Design Services. “With their deep knowledge of our industry and our customers, we chose to have two individuals supporting our team’s continued growth and success.”
In their new roles, they will have shared responsibilities working closely with VP of Design Services to develop and deploy annual WSI key strategies and objectives; coordinate and track all aspects of customer design projects, oversee management of our WorkLife Centers, and management of budget and resources within the design team.
In addition, Ashley will train and on-board new and existing team members, and continually develop and refine training processes. Shelli will manage team workload and productivity, and quality control.
Ashley joined WSI in 2013 as a Designer & Applications Specialist at our Kingsport/Tri-Cities location. She later transitioned to Design Sales Coordinator to support a broad range of accounts from healthcare to higher education, and corporate businesses in the Northeast Tennessee region. After moving to Knoxville, she became an Account Executive & Designer for the Oak Ridge National Laboratory account.
Shelli brings over 13-years of contract furniture experience. She joined WSI in 2014 as a Senior Design Sales Coordinator at our Knoxville office and supported some of our large accounts, including University of Tennessee. Her background allows her to facilitate the team’s projects with skill and advising customers across corporate, healthcare and education on the best solutions for their space.
